Creating / Granting Account Access

Google Analytics

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics.
  2. Click Admin (in the lower left portion of your screen), and navigate to the desired account/property/view.
  3. In the Account, Property, or View column (depending upon whether you want to add users at the account, property, or view level), click Access Management.
  4. In the Account permissions list, click +, then click Add users.
  5. Enter [email protected] as the email address for the user.
  6. Select Notify new users by email to send a message to the user.
  7. Select the permissions you want. Learn more about permissions.
  8. Click Add.

Google Ads

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.
  2. In the upper right corner of your account, click the tools icon Google Ads | tools [Icon], then under “Setup,” click Access and security.
  3. Click the plus button .
  4. Select an access level for your invitee, then enter their email address.
  5. Click Send invitation.
  6. After the person accepts your email invitation, you’ll receive a notification in your account. If you need to revoke your invitation, click Revoke in the “Actions” column.

Wordpress

  1. Sign in to your WordPress Admin (yoursite.com/wp-admin).
  2. On the left hand navigation, click Users, and then Add New.
  3. For Username, enter [email protected].
  4. For Email, enter [email protected].
  5. For First Name, enter Go Pro SEO.
  6. For Last Name, enter Support.
  7. For Send User Notification, make sure the box is checked.
  8. For Role, choose Administrator from the drop down.
  9. Click Add New User.

Google Domains

  1. Sign in to Google Domains.
  2. Select the name of your domain.
  3. Open Menu
  4. Click Registration settings.
  5. Under “Domain permissions,” click Add user.
  6. Enter the email address: [email protected]

 

The person you’re sharing with will receive an email notification with a link to log into Google Domains.
